Reiki & Energy Basics Introduction

Come learn about Reiki energy, what it is and how it can change your life. Reiki is an ancient healing art that is gentle and effective. Everyone can learn. Energy basics will be covered.

Gendai Reiki Level I (Shoden)
Saturdays, March 10 & 17, 2012 — 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day

There are 4 empowerments (also called attunements) in Level I / Shoden Level, which assist in adjusting the body's vibration so that you can readily bring through the Reiki energy. In addition to learning about self-treatments and treating others, participants will learn Japanese exercises, techniques, and meditations for working with the Reiki energy.
All classes involve hands-on practice so that all students feel secure with their own channeling of the energy to make sure they feel connected and confident with working with the energy for themselves and others.
I am accessible to my students for questions and guidance after the classes. It is recommended if you have never received a healing session and/or have not had experienced one with me, that you schedule a session prior to the class.
Gendai Reiki Level I (Shoden Level), $350
Gendai Reiki Level II (Okuden Level)

In Gendai Reiki Level II / Okuden Level, there are three empowerments (attunements) to continue the recipient's deepening connection with the Reiki energy stream. At Level II, students are also given three sacred Reiki symbols that are used to shift the energy flow for specific healing purposes, like keys that unlock and open doors to allow energy movement in a different direction. The first symbol is great for grounding; the second symbol for emotional healing; and the third symbol for mental healing and healing across time and distance.
All classes involve hands-on practice, including distance healing, and work with each symbol so that all students feel secure with their new tools and confident with working with the energy for themselves and others.
I am accessible to my students for questions and guidance after the classes. It is recommended if you have not experienced a healing session with me, that you schedule a session prior to the class.

In this special healing gathering, you will be able to join in a group energy clearing to assist in releasing blockages and opening restrictions. The group clearing will be followed by individual energy blessings, a wonderful way to balance and align yourself on all levels of being, while connecting you with Source and higher vibrational energy.
Come enjoy Reiki Mawashi, a Reiki Healing Circle, followed by Reiju, a Reiki energy transmission created by Reiki's founder, Mikao Usui, that is like an energy blessing.
This is open to everyone, including those who are new to Reiki.

Chakra Crystal Healing Journey
Wednesdays, March 21 to May 9, 2012 — 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Join me for this powerful healing adventure as we move through the seven main energy centers of the body, called chakras, learning about each one and working with crystal energy to cleanse, revitalize, and fortify it.
In this class, we will explore the seven main energy centers of the body and provide healing energy with crystals and minerals. Learn about the chakras and the healing properties of various stones and crystals and their uses in relation to the chakras and healing.
This class is a weekly series conducted in eight, two-and-a-half hour sessions, meeting on Wednesday evenings beginning March 21st.

Join me for an hour-plus of loving and healing energy. Our topic each session will be determined by the energy of each gathering, as directed by Spirit and Higher Guidance, and will always contain material relevant and pertinent to the journey of transformation and loving ourselves more fully.

I'm excited to co-facilitate this healing gathering with Lori Dunlap. Join us as we do some cord removal, energy clearing, and brightening up a bit in order to move forward, releasing the old and making room for the new. We'll be working with forgiveness and the Angels in our time together.

In this gathering, we'll work with the power of fire in a ceremony to release what no longer serves our being and our journey. Come release old energies, old patterns, old thought forms, etc., and open yourself up.
We'll be creating Release Bundles to place in the fire. Write down on little slips of paper what it is that you wish to release in the flames of transmutation; these will be rolled and placed in a cotton fabric square along with a bit of dried white sage, lavender buds, and a pinch of tobacco and tied closed with hemp twine.

Learn to use powerful muscle testing and hypnotherapy tools to magnetize your vision for the life you want to create, bring your dreams into reality, and change your patterns. You are drawing to you what you want and releasing what no longer serves you. Consciously create from your heart and from love.
If you would like to create a vision board for your life, this is a wonderful opportunity. Beginning 2012, a new year, this is a great time to set your goals and visions for the new year, reassessing where you are now and where you are headed. What is your vision for 2012?
In class, there will be discussion, fun exercises, as well as a group meditation to hold the space for what each person individually wants (group energy is powerful!). Please bring cutouts from magazines of things you wish to attract into your life. Also, on a plain sheet of paper list 10 things that you believe you have to have now (don't analyze, judge, or hesitate -write quickly) and bring this paper with you. I will supply poster board and other items. If you have a favorite pair of scissors that you have to work with or a favorite type of glue, please bring that as well (otherwise it will be provided).
There is a minimum number of people needed for this class to happen, so please RSVP by Monday morning, March 5, 2012, and Wednesday morning, March 14, 2012, respectively, so we can determine the headcount.

In this special healing meditation, you will be immersed in a shower of high dimensional Light Rays, each with a specific and focused purpose for clearing and healing, such as bringing balance, finding forgiveness, opening with unconditional love, removing outdated beliefs, and aligning with passion and joy.
At the end of our Light Ray energy clearing, we will call in names of people, animals, places, and things for healing.

Munay-Ki Sharing

The Munay-Ki Rites are ancient initiations that the Incan Shamans used with people to help with shifting their consciousness and transforming more light into their beings. The word “Munay” means “I love you” or “Be As Thou Art”. The Rites have continued to be passed down in Peru. and Alberto Villoldo has been making the teachings available to people outside of that region to assist people with the shifting of the overall consciousness of our planet.
In this Munay-Ki Sharing, those who have taken our Munay-Ki classes can share the Rites with one another and anyone who come to receive one. For those new to Munay-Ki, you are welcome to come and share in the energy and receive one Rite.

Reiki Sharing

Reiki is a gentle and effective way to heal and transform your self and your life.
At the Reiki Sharings, those who are attuned to Reiki (have completed Reiki training), take turns giving and receiving Reiki. This is an excellent opportunity to practice Reiki and meet other Reiki practitioners for community.
